WEBTECH's CNC division is equipped with latest and sophisticated CNC turning machines like VMC, CNC turning centers, CNC machining fixtures, CMM etc. We manufacturing machined components like transmission CV (Continuous Velocity) Joint Outer Race to Hyundai, Honda Motors, Suzuki Corp, Telco etc. we produce more than 6000 parts a day and we are in the process of expansion to be able to produce more than 15,000 parts a day.

With a vast experience gathered in the last 10 years of specialized manufacturing and CNC machining operations of CNC turning machines, CNC machining fixtures, WEBTECH is in a position to offer machining solutions for a varied range of materials and components. This can also be the 1st step before graduation to a complete component or a subassembly supply. We understand that every customer would first like to test a supplier for capability before committing a larger share of business. Hence you may start with only machining operations being the scope and then build on to more forward or backward integrated processes.

Webtech manufactures wide range of Jigs and Fixtures for part holding for operations like Welding, Bending etc. We can work on designs based on your drawings or requirements. These tools are carefully manufactured which are low cost maintenance and durable products. These definitely increase the efficiency of the machine.

With an established design facility capable of project managing customer's needs, we can design and manufacture jigs and fixtures for assembly lines, as well as special purpose machines, or new concepts and with the facility for reverse engineering, parts can be manufactured quickly and accurately from existing samples.

In the last 3 years of operation, the fabrication division has handled some of the very prestigious customers and has been producing components for industries like Automobiles like Honda Motors, Yamaha Motors, (both indirect supply), Earth moving machines like JCB india, Escorts Construction equipment ltd., Custom built components for customers like Delhi Metro Rail Corporation etc.

The Fabrication Division manufacturing facility is equipped with latest machines like a 5 mt x 16 mt Plasma Cutting machine of Messers, MiG welding machines, Power press, spot inspection equipment, 2D and 3 D softwares for designing and most important a very highly qualified, experienced and dedicated team of engineers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction which is the top priority of WEBTECH culture.
