Scope of Supply: Basic Machine Consists of sturdy machine frame with the following devices and accessories.
One Unwind station with:
- Mechanical brake for web tension control.
- Unwind shaft with 2 cones one of them arranged on a threaded bush to take reels having cores of 76 mm hole dia.
- Axial & angular adjustment control of the unwind shaft by a hand wheel.
- Pneumatic Loading
- Both Rotary and Razor cutting
- Several balanced Aluminum / Steel Guide Rollers on precision bearings.
- Draw unit with hard chrome plated draw roller and mechanically spring loaded adjustable rubber covered pressure roller.
- Slitting unit designed to accommodate razor blade slitting in air having 10 set of Razor Blade holders and top and bottom cutter assembly for aluminum and paper.
- One duplex center cum surface rewind system to rewind the substrate. The winding centers will have their individual tension control to wind the bobbins properly. The cores are held by spring loaded from one end with provision of individual core clutches. Supply includes 10 sets of bigger size core holders and spacers of different sizes.
- Infinitely variable speed electric drive comprising 5.0 HP DC Motor and rectifier control panel working on 3 phase 415 V 50 cycles AC supply.
