One duplex center cum surface rewind system to rewind the substrate. The winding centers will have their individual tension control to wind the bobbins properly. The cores are held by spring loaded from one end with provision of individual core clutches. Supply includes 10 sets of bigger size core holders and spacers of different sizes.
